Marc McCune Graduated from the
University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He practiced
law for one year as a private attorney and then
became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in 1994. In
1997, the Judicial Circuits Split and Marc became
the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney until 2002. In
2002, Marc was elected to his first term as the
Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney. He was
re-elected in 2006. Since becoming a prosecutor Marc
has tried more than 100 jury trials.
Robert Presley has worked as a Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney since 1994. He has tried more
than 80 jury trials and has been the Chief Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney in Crawford County since 2002.
Scott Houston worked in private
practice for 4 years in Crawford County. He joined
the Prosecutor's Office in 2003. Since joining the
office he has tried more than 20 jury trials.
Tena Rackley worked for the Sebastian
County Prosecutor's Office before leaving to be MOM.
She joined the Crawford County Prosecutor's Office
in 2003 and handles all the Juvenile Cases and
District Court cases.
Graham Jones graduated with honors
from the University of Arkansas Law School in 2005.
After law school, Graham joined the Sebastian County
Prosecutor's office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
for the Twelfth Judicial District. In his
nearly four years as a deputy prosecutor, Graham
tried several jury trials in cases ranging from
misdemeanors to murder, and acted as co-counsel in
several more. He also represented the State of
Arkansas in hundreds of bench trials, adjudications
and other hearings in the Sebastian County criminal
courts.
Chuck Baker began his legal career as
a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 12th Judicial
District in Sebastian and Crawford Counties. While
employed at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, he
served as the Greenwood District prosecutor and
later as Crawford County prosecutor. Mr. Baker
currently works for the Crawford County Prosecuting
Attorney's Office on a part-time basis as the County
Attorney.
