Circuit Court
Circuit Court is where all the felony cases are tried.
There are two Circuit Court Divisions in Crawford
County.
Division I.
Judge Gary R. Cottrell
Division II.
Judge Mike Medlock
Arraignments are Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m.
First Appearances are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at
8:30 a.m.
Trials are scheduled by the Circuit Court Case
Coordinators. Victims can contact our office for court
dates. All others should call the Crawford County
Circuit Clerks Office at 479-474-1821.
Circuit Court Fines and Costs are paid to our office.
Our office accepts Cashier's Checks and Money Orders -
No
cash. For the month June, 2009, our office collected
$35,812.39. This money goes to the County General Fund
for operating expenses for all county offices.
In 2008 our
office collected $401,726.60 for Crawford County
For 2009 year
to date we have collected $204,900.64
