DISTRICT COURT

The District Court Division prosecutes misdemeanor and traffic offenses that occur outside the incorporated areas of the County.  Tena Rackley is the District Court Prosecutor. 

The District Court Room is located in the Municipal Complex, 1003 Broadway, Van Buren Arkansas.

If you have a traffic ticket and do not have any other moving violations, you can participate in the First Offender Program.-pdf You may also print a copy and fax or email the completed copy to Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

One of the requirements for the First Offender Program is Defensive Driving School.

CDL DRIVERS

Pursuant to 2003 legislation, anyone holding a CDL who violates and Arkansas traffic law, will not be allowed to participate in the First Offender Program or any other diversion program.
